The project involves the disconnection and protection of all onsite utilities, demolition and removal of the existing insulated double garage, demolition and removal of the existing concrete slab and the construction of an insulated/heated, 112 square meter, metal clad equipment storage building on a prepared concrete slab as well as related electrical, mechanical and civil site work.

Emailed bid submissions will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, at submission@gov.sk.ca until 2:00 p.m., Saskatchewan Time, May 26, 2022 for the construction of a heated equipment storage building at Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park. To provide sufficient detail to the scale and scope of the project all potential bidding contractors are encouraged to inspect the site prior to bidding. Building/site access will be arranged by appointment only via Hudson Paul at rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca to make the necessary arrangements.
